5. Shipping
We ship only to addresses in the United States. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes the shipment. Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed.
6. Returns and Refunds
Because of the nature of research compounds, opened products can't be returned. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@peakcorepeptides.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated in a batch Certificate of Analysis, products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Core Peptides won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
